You will oversee all accounting operations for our agile $40 million revenue company. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial statements and job costing while complying with GAAP. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accuracy of financial statements, P&L;, and balance sheets
Execute month-end closes and maintain budgeting processes
Ensure adherence to tax compliance and internal controls




Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities
Champion cost optimization initiatives and productivity reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in accounting or finance required
At least 6 years in financial management or similar fields
Solid accounting knowledge and proficiency in financial software
Experience in HVAC or construction sectors preferred
