In this role, you’ll oversee the full scope of advantages administration, ensuring timely management and compliance across programs. You will be the go-to contact for employees and vendors, resolving issues and improving the overall member experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this rapid-paced position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee benefits and retirement savings administration - Advise employees on benefit inquiries and compliance - Manage enrollment and payroll deductions with accuracy - Collaborate with third-party administrators and vendors - Produce regular reports and analyze program data
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advantages management - Knowledge of retirement savings plans administration - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Solid organizational and multitasking skills - Capable of maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
