Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary HR contact for leaders and associates
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for the facility
Conduct workplace investigations and support employee engagement
Act as onsite Tier 1 Health & Safety resource
Coordinate onboarding and training programs for recent hires
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
Knowledge of Ontario employment and health & safety legislation
Experience in employee relations and recruitment
CHRP designation considered an asset
