Reporting to the Manager, CTR Opex & Corp Functions FP&A;, this role will support various initiatives aimed at financial performance enhancement. You will provide actionable insights to executives, facilitating informed decisions that align with company goals. Your ability to analyze complex datasets and work collaboratively will be pivotal as you drive improvements during a significant transformation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop action plans to meet financial goals and mitigate risks • Create performance reports that narrate the financial story • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial impacts • Challenge current practices and lead cutting-edge approaches • Streamline reporting and forecasting processes for efficiency
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance • 1 to 3 years of relevant finance experience • Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling • Reporting experience with Power BI is a plus • CPA, CFA, or MBA in progress is an advantage
