As a vital part of the Demand Planning team reporting to the Director of Merchandise Planning, you will oversee a complex 12-18 month demand landscape for various product categories. Your role involves refining forecasts with data, collaborating cross-functionally, and directly influencing key business decisions through your planning efforts, ensuring timely product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain an accurate demand forecast for product categories
• Analyze and improve forecast accuracy via performance metrics
• Generate statistical forecasts and apply business judgment
• Facilitate the Integrated Business Planning cycle
• Reconcile financial targets with SKU forecasts effectively
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in demand or merchandise planning
• Solid analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of advanced planning software like Blue Yonder
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding team members
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
