As the Director of Member Services and Growth at CCA, report directly to the Vice President of Communications and Marketing. This role requires a strong focus on member engagement, program development, and partnership cultivation. You will analyze industry trends and member needs to steer CCA's initiatives, ensuring they resonate with the evolving construction landscape.
Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and execute member engagement strategies - Oversee education and career development offerings - Lead CCA's national sponsorship program - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders - Ensure alignment with CCA’s strategic plan
Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration or related field - 8–10 years in leadership roles within associations - Experience in membership development and program delivery - Solid project management and analytical skills - Bilingualism is an asset
