Reporting to the CFO, this full time role is pivotal in shaping RLG's IT strategy and governance. You will be responsible for directing infrastructure design, overseeing cloud migration, and managing security policies, all while coordinating a managed service provider for infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Own infrastructure and identity architecture decisions
Drive cloud migration and technical strategy development
Establish security governance and incident management
Handle IT vendor relations and budget oversight
Administer Microsoft 365 and Share Point governance tools

Requirements:
7+ years in IT leadership roles
2+ years overseeing vendors and budgets
Proficient in virtualization and network technologies
Experience with hybrid identity solutions
Insight into AI governance practices
