As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you hold accountability across key engineering functions in a dynamic environment. With responsibilities spanning new-product launches and ongoing production support, your expertise in manufacturing will lead to significant improvements in cost, quality, and safety.

You’ll play an essential role during the plant's start-up, planning process routes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan recent-product processes and engineering support
Lead process improvements and enhance production capacity




Manage manufacturing engineering for optimal operations
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Resolve technical quality issues efficiently

Requirements:
3+ years in a technical management role
Degree in Mechanical or Casting Engineering
Hands-on experience with die casting and machining
Robust knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CAD software
