You'll also develop training modules and foster safety culture among staff and contractors.Key Responsibilities:
Manage Mine Rescue Team training and equipment
Instruct emergency response skills across various scenarios
Lead drills and compile performance improvement reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory emergency response requirements
Monitor preventive maintenance for emergency response equipmentRequirements:
5+ years underground mining experience
2+ years as a mine rescue instructor
Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR C
Communication skills for diverse groups
