As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you hold accountability across key engineering functions in a agile environment. With responsibilities spanning recent-product launches and ongoing production support, your expertise in manufacturing will lead to significant improvements in cost, quality, and safety. You’ll play an essential role during the plant's start-up, planning process routes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:



- Plan new-product processes and engineering support - Lead process improvements and enhance production capacity - Manage manufacturing engineering for optimal operations - Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams - Resolve technical quality issues efficiently
Requirements: - 3+ years in a technical management role - Degree in Mechanical or Casting Engineering - Hands-on experience with die casting and machining - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards - Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CAD software
