As a Regional Clinical Educator, you'll support clinical staff in LTC homes by delivering evidence-based education. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education, you will create engaging training experiences and evaluate staff competencies, ensuring high-quality care for residents. The role necessitates regular travel and on-site education, making it dynamic and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous skills training • Implement learner-centred education techniques • Assess clinical competencies through practical demonstrations • Develop engaging learning resources and assessment tools • Collaborate with leaders to identify education priorities
Requirements: • Valid RN or RPN license in positive standing • Minimum 3–5 years in clinical nursing • Certification in BCLS/CPR • Background in clinical education and group facilitation • Ability to travel regularly across multiple homes
