Join CFASA as an Occupational Therapist and support Autistic individuals and their families. Deliver effective, neurodiversity-focused therapy in versatile settings including homes and communities.

In this full time role, you will develop individualized supports to enhance activities of daily living and motor skills for Autistic individuals. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and utilize evidence-informed practices to empower families. The position includes a flexible Monday to Friday schedule with the potential for evening work, allowing you to accommodate the needs of families.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver expertise as a member of a multidisciplinary team • Select and conduct necessary assessments for diagnostics • Implement person-directed practices in naturalistic settings • Build capacity through evidence-based coaching models • Create and manage inclusive program documentation

Requirements: • Alberta College of Occupational Therapists registration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong decision-making and time management abilities • Valid driver's license with reliable transport • Current professional liability insurance and checks
