Agilis by Synergie is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead major construction estimates. This role involves developing accurate estimates, managing pricing from subcontractors, and supporting project strategies across diverse delivery models. You'll collaborate with seasoned teams to identify risks, opportunities, and enhance competitive bidding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed estimates and pricing for projects • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing submissions • Review drawings and specifications for scope requirements • Identify risks and opportunities in projects • Prepare preliminary construction schedules for estimates
Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 10+ years of estimating experience on major ICI projects • Knowledge of estimating software, including Timberline • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe • Eligibility for PQS or CET designation
