What you’ll be doing Provide advice and support to client organizations on sourcing, procurement and related contracting practices, rules, and legislative requirements Support clients in the development of sourcing needs and requirements including creation of bid documentation Manage solicitation process for acquisition of quotes and proposals through methods and tools including RFPs, RFQs, bidder conferences, traditional competitions, and open bidding Work with legal department in the drafting and review of contractual documents Perform risk assessment and analysis for procurements, and works to reduce and manage risks to CCC Serve as CCC’s representative for contract negotiations including amendments as well as technical advice and support in the resolution of complex contract issues related to delivery Manage invoicing and related financial administration – confirm appropriateness of invoices, approval for
