Continuing Care Assistant in Training (CCAITs) – Immediate Start Available. We are urgently hiring CCAITs in Kentville/Windsor (Valley), Bridgewater/Lunenberg, Middle Musquodoboit. You will provide compassionate care in these communities. Why Join Us

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Travel between client homes Assist with meals and light housekeeping Support daily living activities Offer companionship and emotional support What You Need

At least 1 year of experience in providing personal care Plan to successfully complete CCA exam in 4 months Nursing background or extensive PSW experience will also be considered Experience with elderly populations is preferred A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred as travel to patient residences is required Ability to effectively communicate both through oral and written mediums Able to provide a current criminal check with clear Vulnerable Position Screening (VPS) if selected Ability to demonstrate compassion, tact and diplomacy when interacting with residents/patients and their families A passion for making a difference in your community We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring process.
