KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Operations, this position is responsible for the management,
optimization and strategic planning of enterprise computing systems, cloud solutions, and networking infrastructure. The Manager will successfully lead a team, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional, integrated teams and various lines of business to enable technological solutions to meet administrative and academic requirements. Managing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking systems, and related technology services Ensuring cybersecurity, resiliency, compliance, risk management, and vulnerability remediation across technology environments Leading and supervising technical staff, including analysts, system administrators, and technicians Overseeing system performance, operational standards, procedures, documentation, and service quality Planning and managing technology projects, infrastructure renewals, and contributions to long-term technology strategy Allocating resources and balancing project delivery, operational support, incident management, and service escalations Ensuring adherence to change management processes and participating in governance activities such as the Change Advisory Board Coordinating system maintenance, upgrades, and response to critical incidents, including after-hours support when required Managing training, knowledge
