Valard Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator for our Substations group, with base locations in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg or Toronto. You will compile cost estimates, assess material, labour and equipment, and support competitive bids for substations or BESS projects. Responsibilities include preparing bid deliverables, reviewing outsourced estimates with engineering, and developing execution plans and schedules.
