With over six years of HR generalist experience, you will be instrumental in talent development, employee relations, and change management while enhancing the employee experience and facilitating effective organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead HR partner for both nitrogen sites • Develop workforce plans and address talent needs • Provide coaching on employee relations and performance management • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws • Analyze workforce data for continuous improvement
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field • Minimum 6 years HR generalist experience • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Alberta employment legislation • Proven skills in coaching and influencing leaders
