Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise family visits at the Family Learning Place • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during interactions • Document observations for internal records and ministry reports • Maintain a culturally respectful and trauma-informed environment • Uphold Eagle Heart Centre’s mission and program policies
Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent • Experience in human services or social work preferred • Knowledge of cognitive disabilities and complex family needs • Strong communication and crisis de-escalation skills • Valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification
