As Payroll Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to manage payroll for approximately 2,000 employees. Utilizing your advanced understanding of payroll legislation and experience with AI tools, you will champion process efficiencies and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the complete payroll process for multiple entities • Develop and maintain service standards for payroll functions • Provide leadership and training to the payroll staff • Communicate complex payroll inquiries efficiently • Drive improvements through process automation and redesign
Requirements: • Degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources • Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designation preferred • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday • In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll standards • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
