As a Structural Steel Estimator, you will develop competitive bids, working closely with industry partners and project teams. Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience and be proficient with estimating and take-off software, including PlanSwift and FabSuite. Your ability to interpret complex drawings and compliance with Canadian standards will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for industrial and commercial projects • Work with suppliers and clients to finalize bids • Analyze architectural and structural specifications • Employ industry-standard estimating platforms effectively • Maintain knowledge of construction practices and standards
