Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage tort litigation files from start to finish • Attend trials and negotiate settlements actively • Advise Claims department on legal strategies and best practices • Engage with external experts and internal teams effectively • Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents
Requirements: • Law Degree from an accredited law school • Licensed by the Law Society of Alberta • 2+ years of insurance litigation experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
