Key Responsibilities:



• Develop creative strategies for client retention and new business production • Foster strong relationships with carriers for tailored client solutions • Audit commission structures to align with client agreements • Monitor insurance market developments to inform stakeholders • Create new products addressing unique client requirements

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance (Broker or Insurer) • Deep casualty risk management knowledge • Level 2 Broker License preferred • Experience with international accounts is an asset • Strong technical knowledge of casualty concepts
