Responsibilities

- Consultants should be comfortable with at least one asset class (e.g., Commodities, FXO, FI etc.) and demonstrate experience in implementation or client support.
- Provide high‑quality support in using the Murex platform for market data management, pricing, and structuring of complex financial products within the trading domain (e.g., FX derivatives, interest‑rate derivatives, Fixed Income).
- Develop test cases to troubleshoot the system and document defective use cases for fixes by developers.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in financial markets/IT business analysis.
- 2+ years of experience working with the Murex product on Trading or FO support projects with clients.
- Ability to utilize FO experience on financial derivatives and Murex software to participate in implementation and upgrade projects through build and validation phases.
- Strong knowledge of product modules: IRD, CRD, COM, EQD, FXD, FXMM.
- Strong SQL, Unix, scripting, Sybase, and Oracle skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills; detail‑oriented, quick learner, and self‑starter.
- Strong personality, logical and analytical skills.





Nice‑to‑Have Skills

- BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Experience with implementations and upgrades.
- Experience in test management and market data management.
- Knowledge of SQL (Oracle and/or Sybase) and Unix commands.
- Valuable understanding of Market Risk Management (including VaR, stress‑tests, back‑testing).
- Client focus: understands clients’ businesses, identifies and understands their needs and objectives, and builds strong relationships.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Teamwork and ability to help build strong teams and networks.
- Personal leadership: confidence, resilience, and realistic self‑assessment.
- Planning and organizing: identify and meet milestones, assess and mitigate risks, manage scope changes.
