Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC) is seeking a Client Care Navigator to coordinate supports for Canadians living with vision loss. Based in Victoria, Kelowna, or Abbotsford, BC, the role provides patient-centered navigation, assessment, and care planning to help clients access services and achieve their goals.
You will collaborate with VLRC staff and community providers, document care activities in EMRs, schedule appointments, and advocate for timely access.
