As the Mountain Sports School Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our sports school. You will assist in administrative and leadership functions while working collaboratively to improve guest satisfaction. A background in snow sports instruction and strong management experience will serve you well in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily Mountain Sports School operations • Schedule staff and coordinate lesson plans • Oversee bookings across platforms • Coach, supervise, and train staff members • Resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements: • Canadian work eligibility with documentation • Level 2 instructor certification mandatory • At least 2 seasons in ski or snowboard instruction • Supervisory experience in Snow School preferred • Solid Microsoft Office and database skills
