In this critical role, you will lead the maintenance team across several historic sites within the Manitoba Field Unit. The Technical Services Officer will oversee all aspects of asset management, budget planning, and staff supervision. Your contributions are essential for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of these national treasures.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the maintenance team across northern historic sites • Oversee budget management and resource allocation • Conduct inspections, testing,



and reporting for built assets • Schedule and coordinate work with in-house staff and contractors • Work collaboratively with Indigenous partners and stakeholders

Requirements: • Diploma in engineering or trade certification • Experience in construction project planning and management • Proven supervisory and budget management skills • Understanding of occupational safety regulations • Proficiency in maintenance management software
