Key Responsibilities:



• Execute minor electrical and plumbing repairs • Disinfect and clean various building areas thoroughly • Keep track of maintenance supplies and manage orders • Respond to urgent maintenance calls during on-call weeks • Maintain skilled judgement while working independently

Requirements: • Grade 12 education or equivalent and two years of experience • Proficiency in using small power tools • Valid B.C Class 5 Driver's license required • WHMIS and First Aid certifications • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends across regions
