Position: Food Service Supervisor
Location: Multiple locations across Canada
Employment: Full-Time | Permanent
LMIA / PNP: Opportunities may be available for eligible candidates
YOUR ROLE
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will help keep restaurant and food service operations running efficiently while leading and supporting your team.
Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations
Lead front-line employees during shifts
Train, coach, and support recent and existing staff
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations
Assist with staff scheduling and daily shift organization
Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock levels
Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
Support management in achieving operational and performance goals

✔️ Previous supervisory experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational abilities

✔️ Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
✔️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
