In the Bridge Services for Children and Families department, you'll offer clinical and home resources to those in need. Your responsibilities involve emotional, medical, and behavioral support within community and residential settings. Ideal candidates should have experience in disabilities services and a minimum of two years in direct service roles.

Key Responsibilities:



• Establish caring relationships with children and families • Serve as a positive role model in various settings • Provide emotional and medical support as needed • Participate in recreational activities for engagement • Complete necessary documentation and reporting

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in social services or related field • Two years of direct service experience in disability services • Strong communication and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Current First Aid/CPR and NVCI certifications
