• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities • Observe and report on residents' conditions to supervisors • Facilitate residents' moves and transfers when needed • Prepare nutritious meals and support ambulation • Maintain confidentiality and address family concerns

Requirements: • Must be registered with CLHA • Graduate of a Health Care Aide program • Experience with seniors in community health services • Strong written and oral communication skills • Valid Vulnerable Sector Check required
