Key Responsibilities:



• Support design and execution of executive compensation programs • Conduct financial modeling and market research for recommendations • Prepare high-quality analyses and executive-ready materials • Lead preparation of Compensation and Talent Committee documentation • Contribute to proxy statement executive compensation narratives
