WHO WE WANT

We are looking for cooks who can work efficiently in busy kitchen environments and consistently deliver quality food.
You may be a good fit if you have:
• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role
• Experience preparing meals and individual dishes
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene
• Ability to follow recipes, portion food, and maintain presentation standards
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and professional work habits
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

️ WHAT YOU MAY BE DOING
• Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes
• Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and plating
• Maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Properly storing, labelling, and rotating ingredients
• Monitoring ingredient levels and reducing food waste
• Supporting inventory and kitchen organization
• Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service
