The candidate will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.ResponsibilitiesPerform Engineering trade studies on existing and new product technologies; Translate requestsof the customer into system level requirements; Write subsystem specifications to subcontractors based on system level requirements; Evaluate alternative solutions and establish preliminary system design; Review and evaluate electrical wiring diagrams to ensure design details trace to system requirements; Integrate and testavionics and military systems; Prepare effective presentations to communicate technical information to non-technical professionals; Develop experiencemanaging and implementing software and system test plans in a team environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Avionics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent); 0–2 years of priorrelated experience (entry-level); Familiarity with avionics systems and standards (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, DO-178,
