You will create and deliver technical training while maintaining effective communication with customers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide remote support through various platforms • Travel for critical startups and customer training • Troubleshoot and resolve BAS and mechanical issues • Develop training documentation and manuals • Lead technical training sessions for staff and customers
