Manage food and non-food purchasing by overseeing the entire orderingprocess, from sourcing to delivery. Participate in negotiations with service providers and suppliers,ensuring contract drafting and compliance with terms. Develop and reference recent suppliers to optimize product costs andquality. Analyze market opportunities. Contribute to optimizing the multi-site organization by controllingrisks and reducing procurement lead times and costs. Identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators(KPIs) to ensure optimal operational monitoring. Monitoring, guidance and support for procurement processes. Conduct procurement audits and promote best practices within the team. Serve as the point of contact for updating and managing the procurementcatalog (suppliers and ERP), while overseeing the purchasing and procurementprocesses.
