COMMERCIAL PLACEMENT & MARKETING COORDINATOR
WINNIPEG – FULL TIME – HYBRID

THE EMPLOYER
Locally operated, reputable and long-standing MGA located in Winnipeg
Supports brokers in both personal and commercial lines
Collaborative, team-oriented culture

THE POSITION
Provide administrative and marketing support to the commercial underwriting team
Key liaison between underwriters, brokers, insurers and internal staff
Assist with insurer placements and maintain broker and insurer relationships
Coordinate marketing initiatives, process policy transactions, and ensure all underwriting documentation are completed accurately
Coordinate quotes, terms, and supporting documentation from insurers
Set up and process new business, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation transactions

MUST HAVES
1+ years of commercial insurance experience
Strong organizational and time management skills




Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
