Base Salary: $105,000–$115,000 + 5% bonus

Seeking a hands-on leader with 5–10 years of manufacturing experience and a strong background in production planning, MRP/ERP, inventory control, capacity planning, and supply chain operations.
Ideal background: Team leadership, manufacturing operations, MRP/ERP systems, forecasting, inventory management, and continuous improvement. Aerospace experience is not required but nice to have.
