We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle FCCM / ECM Developer with strong expertise in enterprise analytical applications, data integration, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM, ECM, OFSAA, or similar financial crime/compliance analytical platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and support solutions using Oracle FCCM / ECM / OFSAA platforms.
- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL, Unix shell scripts, batch processes, and data integration components.
- Create detailed technical designs and solution specifications for analytical applications.
- Design system integrations and develop API-based integrations supporting end-to-end analytical platforms.
- Work with application architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with PMO, QA/testing teams, business stakeholders, and architecture teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support batch scheduling and production processes using tools such as Autosys and Control-M.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Utilize DevOps and CI/CD processes for application deployment and release management.




- Senior-level candidates should be capable of providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferred for Senior Developer / Tech Lead positions.
- 5 8 years of relevant experience may be considered for intermediate-level developers.
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle FCCM, ECM, OFSAA, or comparable enterprise analytical platforms.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys and Control-M.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, JTMF, Confluence, and ERWIN.
- Robust understanding of data analytics solution design and system integration.
- Experience developing or integrating APIs.
- Ability to produce detailed technical designs for complex analytical applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Financial Services / Banking industry experience.
- Experience with AML, Financial Crime, Compliance, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or Case Management solutions.
- Technical Lead or solution-design experience.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise data and analytical platforms.
