Job Title: Avionics & Communication IPT Head
Location: Montreal, Canada

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Avionics & Communication IPT Head to lead multidisciplinary avionics teams and drive system architecture, integration, verification, and certification for advanced aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Avionics & Communication IPT across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance.
- Define and manage avionics architecture covering VHF/UHF, SATCOM, GNSS, INS, navigation, data links, and flight control interfaces.
- Coordinate systems, hardware, software, V&V;, electrical, integration,



and certification teams.
- Lead avionics LRU and aircraft-level integration, HIL/SIL, ground testing, and flight-test support.
- Drive system requirements, ICDs, architecture documentation, and technical trade studies.
- Ensure compliance with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, and DO-254.
- Lead certification activities and coordinate with FAA/EASA/DGCA, DERs, and ARs.
- Manage technical risks, configuration management, engineering changes, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Lead distributed onsite/offshore engineering teams and manage suppliers and customer interfaces.
- Support PDR/CDR, PSAC, PHAC, compliance matrices, test plans, and certification documentation.
