Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, particularly Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end EPM implementations, business process configuration, automation, and custom development using Groovy and Calculation Scripts.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on EPBCS.

Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Configure and customize planning applications, business rules, forms, dashboards, data integrations, and security.

Develop and maintain Groovy Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Calculation Manager components.

Create and support EPM Automate batch scripts for data loads, backups, migrations, and process automation.

Configure and support data integrations and metadata management.

Troubleshoot application issues and optimize EPM application performance.

Collaborate with Finance, Business,



and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.

Manage application lifecycle activities, migrations, and environment management.

Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Provide production support and resolve technical issues within agreed service levels.

Required Qualifications

5 8 years of experience working with Oracle EPM On-Premise (Hyperion) and/or Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on EPBCS experience.

Experience with at least one end-to-end EPBCS implementation project.

Batch Automation

Data Integrations

Metadata Management

Experience with application lifecycle management, migrations, and environment management.

Solid understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.

Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
