Flight Control Systems IPT Head | Montreal, Canada | On-site

We are looking for an experienced aerospace engineering leader to lead the Flight Control Systems Integrated Product Team for a new aircraft development program.

Must-have skills:

- 12+ years in Aerospace/Aviation
- Flight Control Systems development
- IPT or cross-functional engineering leadership
- Aircraft NPD / New Aircraft Development
- Flight Dynamics & Control Theory
- Control Law Design & Development
- Fly-by-Wire systems
- MATLAB / Simulink
- ARP4754A / ARP4761
- Aircraft certification experience

Preferred: MIL/SIL/HIL, Iron Bird testing, DO-178C/DO-254, FAA/EASA certification, stability & control, redundancy management, and flight testing. Salary:

CAD $110,000 $140,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
