 About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. This is a remote position based in Canada, supporting employees and managers across Canada Gold and our related businesses.

This is a hands-on HR role with a strong focus on recruitment, HRIS administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, and day-to-day employee support . You’ll work closely with the Human Resources Generalist and broader HR team to help keep our people processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

You’ll also serve as an important first point of contact for employees, particularly when it comes to our HRIS, Rippling, and general HR questions. This is a great prospect for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources while continuing to build their knowledge and experience.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate recruitment activities for assigned positions across the organization
Create and maintain job postings through Rippling, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
Review applications, conduct initial candidate screening, and coordinate interviews
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation using established templates
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within Rippling
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee and manager questions regarding Rippling
Maintain accurate employee information and process approved employee changes within the HRIS
Assist employees with accessing Rippling,



completing required tasks, and navigating HR resources
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration for employees
Ensure required employment agreements, policies, forms, and acknowledgements are completed and maintained
Maintain organized and accurate employee records, HR documentation, templates, and trackers
Support HR reporting and regularly review employee information for missing or inaccurate records
Assist with employee communications, HR program rollouts, and other HR projects and initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and the employee experience
Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist and Director of Human Resources as needed

What You Bring
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, administration, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working with computer systems, spreadsheets, and digital platforms
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential employee information
A helpful, service-oriented approach when supporting employees and managers
Good judgment and an understanding of when sensitive or complex HR matters should be escalated
A motivated, eager-to-learn mindset with an interest in developing a career in Human Resources

Considered an Asset
CHRP designation or progress toward a recognized Human Resources designation
Previous recruitment or candidate coordination experience
Experience working with an HRIS or applicant tracking system
Experience with Rippling
Experience supporting employees across multiple locations




Basic knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR practices
