This position emphasizes your expertise as a Pharmacy Technician, covering all aspects from medication distribution to collaborative procedures. You will coordinate sterile compounding, check medications, and prepare repackaged orders, while mentoring fellow Pharmacy Assistants. Solid English communication, professionalism, and a commitment to quality improvement are essential traits for success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate and perform sterile & non-sterile compounding • Check and dispense medications prepared by staff • Conduct final quality checks on pharmaceutical products • Train and mentor pharmacy assistants and recent staff • Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and safety measures

Requirements: • CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training completion • Current registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy • Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience • Familiarity with automated pharmacy systems is preferred • Ability to lift and maneuver physical inventory
