As the Recreation Aide, you will work closely with the Recreation Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that significantly enhance residents' quality of life. Effective record-keeping and strong communication with families and volunteers are essential to ensure successful participation. You'll also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on care trends for the elderly.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support the planning of recreational activities for residents • Keep accurate records of program evaluations and participation • Maintain good communication with staff and family members • Facilitate outings and conduct daily activity assessments • Assist with meal services as needed

Requirements: • Diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or similar • Experience with elderly care is essential • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Superior communication abilities • Valid provincial driver's license for transport
