Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor (FOS) to direct front-line field maintenance activities. The FOS ensures Field Service Technicians complete tasks competently, thoroughly, and in alignment with our Quality Management System performance goals.

Duties & Accountabilities

- Audit Field Level Risk Assessments, inspect vehicle conditions, and immediately escalate site hazards or safety issues to client and internal leadership.
- Act as the main client point of contact for service check-sheets, follow-up maintenance scheduling, equipment recalls/upgrades, and non-conformity resolutions.
- Oversee Field Service Technicians by managing bi-weekly scheduling, conducting procedural training, auditing tool maintenance, and supervising overall workmanship.
- Track maintenance records, trace component serial numbers, and log compliance data across ERP and EDMS platforms.
- Complete site visit reports, monitor maintenance trends, report monthly KPIs, address performance issues, and drive corrective action plans for audit findings.





Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Training

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Contract management training is considered an asset.

Experience

- 10 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- 5 years of experience leading multi-site operations.

Technical & Program Proficiency

- Robust knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

Skills & Competencies

- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and structured follow-up.
- Ability to drill down, understand root causes, and resolve complex issues.
- High-impact communication skills.
- Ability to embrace constructive criticism; basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
