Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker / Packer
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Full time hours
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
The Order Picker / Packer will support daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role involves hands-on warehouse work and requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse
- Palletize products for storage or shipping
- Perform light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience considered an asset
- Able to lift 30 lbs. or more unassisted
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- CSA-approved safety boots required
