My husband is a stay at home dad and plays pretty much all day. I work at home part time but do need to go into the office a couple days a week.
Our oldest is willful and smart! She is positive with communicating and enjoys making people laugh. She is sassy and her own person. She loves barbies, climbing and you tube. She is very much the boss or second mom.
Our baby is a sweetie he is adorable and knows it, he enjoys being with his people and loves playing and being creative. He is on the spectrum.
In a sitter they need someone who is tentative, funny, playful and firm. We mostly would be looking for night sitting to do a date night or middle day relief for dad.
My dad lives here and can be a resource but is not able to take care of the kids on his own. Our son will likely sit with Papa.
