Our client, a well-regarded engineering consulting firm, seeks an Electrical Engineer (EIT) with 3-4 years of experience. In this role, you’ll assist in the design and commissioning of electrical power systems, gaining invaluable technical experience while working towards P. Eng certification. This position includes approximately 10% travel for site visits and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities: • Support high-, medium-,
and low-voltage system design • Assist in creating construction drawings and specifications • Help with equipment specifications and procurement • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams on project scopes • Contribute to client communications throughout project phases
Requirements: • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering • 3-4 years in an industrial engineering setting • EIT registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC • Understanding of Canadian electrical codes • Exposure to power distribution systems is advantageous
