We are currently seeking an experienced Senior TaxManager or Tax Manager to join our Windsor office in a key leadership role aligned with our succession planning strategy. This position is intended to strengthen both our Canadian and cross‑border tax practices and offers the prospect to work closely with the Partners on complex tax planning initiatives.
Thesuccessful candidate will progressively assume greater responsibility within the practice and play an integral role in its continued growth and long‑term leadershiptransition.
What you will do
- Lead and review T1, T2, and T3 taxengagements
- Deliver advanced tax planning solutions for owner‑managed businesses and high‑net‑worthclients
- Support corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and estatestrategies
- Manage CRAaudits and complex taxmatters
- Mentor and develop junior tax teammembers
- Strengthen client relationships and contribute to the firm’sgrowth
What we are looking for
- CPA designation (CPAOntario member in goodstanding)
- 5+years of progressive public accounting taxexperience
- Full time in‑personrole
- Strong technical expertise in Canadiantax
- Completion of the In‑Depth Tax Program (orcurrentlyenrolled)preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capability and interest in long‑term growth within afirm
